3. Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Orders

  • Any inquiries submitted via our contact forms or WhatsApp integration do not constitute a legally binding contract until a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Commercial Agreement is explicitly signed by both parties.

  • All price quotes provided via email or formal communication channels are bound by specific expiration dates and international trade terms (Incoterms, e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR) as stated in the official quotation.

4. Quality Assurance and Agricultural Compliance

  • Mansouri Fresh Export guarantees that all exported tomatoes are harvested, sorted, and packed under strict sanitary guidelines and comply with international food safety standards.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the import of agricultural products from Morocco complies with the local customs, phytosanitary regulations, and agricultural laws of their respective destination countries.

5. Shipping, Logistics, and Liability

  • We utilize temperature-controlled refrigerated logistics to maintain freshness from our packaging facilities to the designated port of departure.

  • Risk and liability transfer from the Company to the Client in strict accordance with the agreed-upon Incoterms written in the final sales contract.

  • We are not liable for transit delays, port detentions, customs clearance failures, or damage resulting from force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, strikes, maritime accidents, or sudden border closures) once the shipment has been lawfully transferred to the carrier.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate commercial contracts initiated through this website, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

  • Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from our services or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
